The SearchWizard function is in use in the Feeappraiser.com website.  SearchWizard will automatically search for and report appraisal companies in adjacent surrounding counties when none are found in the county searched.

Our database receives multiple updates and additions every work day.  We are dedicated to providing the best fee real estate appraiser directory in the United States for the benefit of real estate appraisers and those who hire real estate appraisers.

Every appraiser listed in the Feeappraiser.com website has been confirmed to have a Real Estate Appraisal License. The license is confirmed with the proper licensing authority in each state. Because there have been some problems with phony or altered licenses (not a widespread problem) we will not accept a copy of a license for confirmation. We actually confirm each appraiser by name with their state licensing board through the Appraisal Subcommittee. Feeappraiser.com does not guarantee the accuracy of the data on this website although every attempt has been made to provide accurate and reliable information.

Ongoing checks are done to confirm the real estate appraisers listed in Feeappraiser.com have current, valid licenses which have not been suspended, revoked or expired. Confirmation is done through the Appraisal Subcommittee (ASC) which collects their information directly from each state authority. Any appraiser listed herein with a license that has become invalid will be immediately removed from the database upon our knowledge of the occurrence.

Individual appraisers and companies are listed by state, residential or commercial service, then county or city. Appraisers and companies covering more than one county or residential and commercial appraisals will be listed multiple times in the directory. Just select the state, then residential or commercial use. From there you can select the county or city. A county search will give you a higher number of listings than just a city search which is especially helpful in smaller semi-rural to rural communities.
