Feeappraiser.com Contract

Feeappraiser.com is an exclusive database of real estate appraisal companies. We are exclusive in that only state licensed real estate appraisers are accepted in this directory. We further limit the appraisers in the directory to those with full state and federal appraisal privileges, (minimum of Residential License) no provisional, trainee or similar licenses will be accepted.

All appraisers listed in the Feeappraiser.com are to be in good standing with their state licensing authority and must possess a valid license.

Feeappraiser.com confirms the license of every appraiser in the directory and conducts periodic investigations to reconfirm the licenses listed herein are still valid. Upon our knowledge that a licensee listed in the directory no longer has a valid license (suspended, revoked, voluntarily surrendered, expired, etc.) the licensee will be immediately removed from the Feeappraiser.com database with no refund for any unused portions of advertising.

All fees are collected one year in advance. Feeappraiser.com accepts payment in the form of credit (Mastercard and Visa)and check. Application can be made online, by phone or mail. All applications are subject to confirmation by Feeappraiser.com of a valid state license. Applicants who do not qualify for advertising will be notified immediately and their fees will be fully refunded.

The premium header listings receive the priviledge of a "first right of refusal option" toward the following year. An advertiser with a header listing cannot be bumped in the following year if the option is picked up within 21 days of the renewal date. Feeappraiser.com will make every effort to inform the advertisers with header listings in advance of their option date although no liability is assumed. The advertiser is responsible to notify Feeappraiser.com of their intent to exercise their option by payment within 21 days of their renewal date.

Feeappraiser.com is owned and operated be San Diego Appraisal company, Inc., a California corporation. Disputes arising from this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of California and any lawsuit arising out of this agreement shall be filed exclusively in the County Courts of San Diego, California.
