Fraud-free Feeappraiser Agreement

For the protection of the public and to assist in the hiring of appraisers who are in compliance with appraisal related laws and guidelines, Feeappraiser.com requires all appraisers listed within the Feeappraiser.com website directory service to:

  1. Disclose all disciplinary action taken against them by local, state or federal authorities including their state licensing boards within this “fraud-free form.” Appraisers may provide an explanation. (see below)
  2. Update the “fraud-free form” at least once annually to keep it current.


All Feeappraiser.com appraisers are required to answer the following 2 questions:

  1. Have you ever been convicted in a court of law for improper appraisal practice(s)?

    Yes (If yes, provide full explanation including the year)


  2. Have you ever been disciplined by your state licensing authority for improper appraisal practice(s)? This includes license suspension or revocation, or a settlement with fines and/or a requirement to attend appraisal courses.

I hereby state that my answers to the above questions are complete and true. I understand that providing inaccurate information can lead to the immediate removal of my listing within the Feeappraiser.com website directory service.

Feeappraiser.com staff will conduct periodic checks of state licensing boards for Feeappraiser.com appraisers who have had disciplinary action. If an appraiser is found to be negligent in the disclosure of prior disciplinary action at a minimum they will be required to immediately disclose the disciplinary action or they may be removed from the Feeappraiser.com website directory service at the discretion of the Feeappraiser.com staff.

Feeappraiser.com provides links to the appropriate state licensing boards within each appraisers listing so that the public may easily check an appraisers license status on-line with their state licensing board.

does not warrant that every appraiser listed within the Feeappraiser.com directory service is free of fraud or prior disciplinary action and therefore will not be held liable for any losses arising from the hiring of an appraiser listed within the Feeappraiser.com wensite directory service. The Feeappraiser.com staff does require every appraiser listed in their directory to complete the fraud free form for the public to view and we perform random periodic checks with state licensing boards for Feeappraiser.com appraisers with prior disciplinary action which has not been properly disclosed. However, we make no warranty as to the each appraiser’s license status, legal status or accuracy of their “fraud agreement.” We strongly urge all users of the Feeappraiser.com website directory service to check each appraiser’s license status with their state licensing board prior to hiring an appraiser. We provide links to the state licensing boards within each appraiser’s listing for your convenience.
